Are you facing challenges around identity, trauma, relationships, mood, or self-worth? You’re not alone—and you don’t have to navigate it alone either. I’m here to help you move from surviving to truly living.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in Arizona, Texas, and Idaho, offering in-person therapy in Arizona and telehealth services across all three states. My approach blends trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral techniques, and a strengths-based mindset to support lasting transformation. I’m a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Certified First Responder Counselor, and EMDR-trained therapist, with a deep passion for helping individuals feel seen, empowered, and resilient.
I create a space where we can explore your goals, heal what’s holding you back, and build a life that feels aligned and authentic. Beyond therapy, I also offer life coaching for those seeking clarity and forward movement, as well as supervision for associate level professionals working toward independent licensure or growing within a private practice setting.
If you’re ready to take the next step, I’d be honored to walk with you. The fastest way to reach me is by email—I look forward to connecting.

Are you looking for a therapist who offers more than just talking through your problems?
I believe healing can happen through creativity, curiosity, and connection. Together, we’ll explore your inner world using creative and experiential approaches that can help you gain insight, process difficult emotions, and reconnect with parts of yourself that may have been overlooked along the way.
I integrate expressive arts, sand tray therapy, guided drawing, metaphor-based somatic processing, and EMDR in a way that is personalized to each client. These approaches can be especially helpful when words alone don’t fully capture your experience or when you feel stuck in familiar patterns.
I have over five years of experience working with children (ages 4+), adolescents, and adults of all genders, including LGBTQ+ clients and neurodivergent individuals as well as addictions. I strive to create a welcoming, affirming space where people can feel understood, accepted, and free to show up authentically.
At the heart of my work is the belief that you already possess the capacity for healing and growth. My role is to provide a safe, compassionate environment and practical tools that help you access your own strengths. While I tailor therapy to your unique needs and goals, I also offer guidance when it feels helpful, creating a balance of collaboration and direction.
Whether you’re navigating trauma, anxiety, life transitions, identity exploration, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

I offer therapy through a warm, welcoming telehealth environment, with flexible scheduling designed to make care accessible, comfortable, and supportive. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and goal-oriented. I strive to create a space where clients feel understood and respected while also being encouraged to develop insight, build on their strengths, and make meaningful changes.
I bring over eight years of experience across inpatient and outpatient settings, working with children, adolescents, and adults. I treat trauma, crisis-related concerns, anxiety, depression, anger, behavioral challenges, and relationship difficulties. I am especially passionate about crisis work and supporting clients through complex or high-risk situations.
I also have extensive experience with forensic populations, including justice-involved individuals and clients addressing domestic violence, impulse-control concerns, accountability, and patterns of harmful behavior. I understand that stigma, shame, and other barriers can make seeking help difficult, and I provide a respectful, nonjudgmental environment where clients can speak honestly about their experiences and challenges.
I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing (MI), EMDR, trauma-informed care, and forensic psychology to create therapy that is structured, practical, and responsive to each client’s needs. Sessions may focus on skill-building, emotional regulation, trauma processing, accountability, healthier decision-making, and developing practical tools that support lasting progress.
Originally from Montana, I have also called Phoenix home for much of my life. Outside of therapy, I love animals—especially dogs—hiking and spending time in nature, baking, and attending concerts, live music, and comedy shows.
